CHAIRMAN  -  Craig Thomas

Craig joined the branch as a founder member back in March 1999. He then took up the role of treasurer in September later that year. In the following March the Chairman at the time resigned and Craig was duly elected. He ended up performing both roles for a short time until November 2000 when Roger agreed to take up the Treasurers position. This then allowed Craig to concentrate on his role as chair right up to the present day.

TREASURER  -  Roger Booth

I have been a City season ticket holder since 1968 and am one of those few lucky City fans who have seen us win several trophies - I spent my first ever working months wage in 1970 on a trip to Vienna for the Cup Winners Cup Final.

I have been a Hazel Grove Branch member since 1999, having been an OSC member from 1974 until the late 1980’s at another branch. I have been Treasurer of the Branch since November 2000. I also edit the Newsletter, which started off as a quarterly publication but has been produced monthly since August 2003.  I also arrange many of the guest visits to the branch, on average about 3-4 per year.

SECRETARY  -  Gavin Cooper

Gavin joined the branch in the Spring of 2002. He quickly took up the role of Assistant Secretary, attending most of the OSC Executive Committee meetings. Gavin was then elected as full secretary at the 2003 AGM and has held that role ever since. His work for the Manchester City Official Website in the past has meant he has forged good relationships with many notable people within City themselves. Having been the club’s representative at the EC meetings has meant that he is able to put the clubs views about important matters to the committee with ease. If you ever feel that City or the OSC have done you a wrong, Gavin will always be willing to put your point of view across and do his best to help sort the situation out. You may also know Gavin for his tireless work he does following the reserves and academy teams, his website details can be found in our links page.

TRAVEL SECRETARY  -  Gaz Stevenson

Gaz joined the branch as a member in the close season of 2000. Towards the end of the 2000-2001 season he began to help the then travel secretary, Paul Hilton in organising travel and tickets for games in an unofficial capacity. At the beginning of the 2002-2003 season Gaz was elected on to the committee as Travel Secretary. Since then Gaz and the branch have built up a good relationship with the ticket office which has enabled the branch to offer a wide variety of members the chance to attend both home and away games.

SOCIAL SECRETARY  -  Andy Martin (AKA Frank)
